As a Design Architect in P&T Architects and Engineers (HK) Ltd, I was involved in a luxurious villa project for the owner of a great property developer in Mainland China.

Worked directly under the supervision of Mr. Remo Riva, chief designer and partner of P&T.I was a key member of the Design Team for this project from concept design through schematic design and finally to design development stage. Material studies were done comparing different material alternatives based on the price, quality and design. Furniture layout were sought out.

The villa sits on a uniqe slope site overlooking the sea away from the bustling city traffic. The design of the villa maximised this potential to overlook the sea and French Windows are placed facing the sea which could be converted as also an open door to expand the interior space. The villa has a huge swimming pool, sauna, gym, family theatre and a big restaurant in addition to the family bedrooms and  guest bedrooms.

After the project was passed on to the Project Team for construction drawings, I was overall involved to maintain the integrity of design without any major changes to its original scheme.
