As a Design Architect in P&T Architects and Engineers (HK) Ltd, I was involved in this huge massive project Tianjin, Mainland China.

I was a key member of the Design Team for this project from concept to schematic design stage. Worked directly under the supervision of Mr. Remo Riva, chief designer and partner of P&T. I was involved in the Service Apartment, Boutique Hotel, Retail, interior designs of lifts, basement parkings, etc. Material studies were done comparing different material alternatives based on the price, quality and design. Facade curtain wall studies were done including clear, semi-glazed and full glazed type of windows. Glass and non-glass materials were also calculated as to how much is the ratio for each type constituting to the facade and overall thermal transfer value.  

I was also involved in weekly client meetings and one of the key communication member for this project in the Design Team in P&T.
