I was involved in the design development and detail drawings stage. Material studies were done comparing different material alternatives based on the price, quality and design. Detail facade studies done based on the overall thermal transfer value (OTTV). Roof garden and Green spaces are incorporated into the facade as necessary.

The canopy was proposed as a new design scheme. Typical details were re-worked. Signage designs were also designed to be more legible.
