FREELANCE - VILLA

Commissioned to design and mange the construction of a villa project in a village 350km away from the Metropolitan Chennai city in the State of Tamil Nadu in India.

Every particular detail was designed from windows grills to window glass, etc.

Appointed a structural engineer to also oversee the structural part. Employed different sub-consultants to carry out different phases of the project.

The design of a villa is a traditional type design fused with modern elements in favor of the client and in harmonius to the natural surrounding landscape. The villa is designed for the local climate with cross ventilation and plenty of windows. The ceiling height is also made taller to have more air flow.

The construction was done in different phases depending upon the budget and the time.
